Please do not use this company, I purchased a new iphone 14 pro max, spent 1,250 and i received an empty iphone box. I called and emailed them straight away and initially, i thought they were going to deal with the issue, and would investigate. Ultimately after many hours, where i involved trading stadards, the police, paypal, my credit card provider, I received an email telling me case closed. This company to all effects, told me they didnt believe me and that I had stolen the iPhone. There service throughout has been shocking, I have asked for numerous pieces of information, where they have ignored every single request. They have been quite happy to take my money and then walk away, ignoring all of their responsibilities. My credit card company appears to have fully agreed that the company is fully liable and were quite shocked by their service and have agreed to refund my money, so i am very lucky in that respect, but other people will not be so lucky. When you do yuor research on this comoany, you will find they do not have a facebook page which shows up iniatilly as one, then when you click link for thier website, it does not exist. They have managed to get my truthfull review removed from truspilot and I have added another one for this to be flagged up again, but I am determined that this company should not get away with conning people out of their hard earned money. EDIT on 16 March 2023, 3 months later, this company has written a reply to my review, again more lies with their reply, My credit card provider issued a refund on the basis I never received the goods and were excellent and issued an immediate refund due to the manner this company handled my complaint. There is now a case file with trading standards. The police were involved as they know only at my request. This company made the decision to knowingly close the case without investigation. i recieved and empty box and the way they treated me was disgracefull and they didnt follow through on any of the online trading rules. They are liable to ensure I recieved the good that I paid for and immedialtey walked away form this when they were stolen in transit and they did not give me any proof what-so-ever to pass on to the police. I am only going through this process as I am determined that their shoddy service and attitude is known to prospective customers so that you can avoid the stress and wasted hours that I had to endure, due to their callous and lying way that they run their business. Beware, even if you recieve your goods, what happens, if those goods develop a fault, based on how I have been treated, I wouldn't hold out much hope for the issue being resolved to your satisfaction. I have written a number of reviews on different sites and now this company is playing catch up and will say antyhgin which is mostly all lies by the way to try and make themselves out to be the good guys and pass the blame on to myself for their failure. I had to write my review on trust pilot lots of times as they have the ability to have the reivew removed from there until I used different words that Trustpilot could accept.

Do not buy from this company !!!!!!!!!. I bought an I phone and it wasn't working, I sent it back ,I haven't had no money back whatsoever!!!! The guy is named Adam and had an email telling me that I sent a sky box bqck to them ,not a phone and when I asked for photo evidence, it wasn't even my nqme on it ,it was someone else's and now he's ignoring all my mails
