Dreams Wellingborough

Basically, an enjoyable experience! So, having decided that it was time for a new mattress, I thought I'd pay a visit to Dreams, Wellingborough. This was partly because the Easter sales were still running, and partly because I wasn't sure what I actually wanted/needed. I've seen the adverts on tv for the Dreams 'Sleepmatch', and thought I'd give it a go. I was greeted by the staff on arrival, then attended to by Maurizio. After establishing that I didn't know what I needed, Maurizio began by explaining the process for the 'Sleepmatch' experience, then enquired if I'd like a drink before setting things in motion. Just as my testing was being completed, Maurizio re-appeared with my coffee, then went through the results with me, explaining them in detail. We then went on to look at the various options that the machine had suggested, with valuable insights from Maurizio about the advantages of each choice. There was no pressure, no rushing to get me to make a decision, just straightforward advice, and personal knowledge. Having made my decision, all the options relating to it were explained to me. All I have to do now is wait for delivery next week! Looking forward to it!!

Staff went over and above to help find me the bed base I was looking for within the time frame I needed it (within a week). It arrived with lots of notice before. Base perfect, easy to put super king-size devan together, thank you
