Do not use this company, Ive ordered loads over the years and always had some sort of issue, my last order I paid for 48hr Royal Mail delivery in order to avoid any problems, after a week I contacted them to let them know it still hadnt arrived and they said they would issue a refund and hey ho 3 weeks later Im still waiting and miraculously they dont know how to reply to emails anymore, theres loads of other companies out there selling the same items at the same price, I would seriously use one of them instead of these crooks

I ordered from these in Dec and they failed to respond to emails after i asked for the tracking number.Eventually they responded saying there was a problem with courier . I asked for a refund which they said had gone through but hadn't. I had to raise a dispute with my bank who refunded me. These people are ripping everyone off Do not order from them.

Placed order, when chased they said not in stock and have issued a refund, still waiting for refund have been over 10 days now and no replies to my messages will take further if no reply today!

I am only giving it one star because unfortunately you cant give 0. Bought from this company a couple of times with no issue to begin with. Then the last couple of orders didnt arrive when they said they had been sent. Then just this last time I was told I would be refunded, this was almost 3 weeks ago now, absolutely joke of a company! They dont send products, lie, ignore emails. Please do not use these, there are much better, honest companies out there! In a cost of living crisis the fact they take your money and ignore you goes to show what scruffs these lot are
