Poor top management, they do not understand the changing lighting market. Thinking customers will come to them because of the features and benefits yet their competitors and own customers all buy the same low spec Chinese products in my opinion. Also if you are thinking of working there the accounts team is a hostile environment so avoid at all costs in my opinion.

I have contacted Eterna on various occasions about a product that has failed (3 hour duration on all installed emergency lighting in a commercial property) . I have called twice, been told to send emails as they only have a sales team and their technical support is all on Furlow. The staff were quite rude and as of now, 3 weeks later, they have not responded to my email. The contract has now been delayed, which has had its own knock on implications to my business. If you're willing to have a sales department open, you should also have technical support. Terrible customer support.

DO NOT purchase emergency lighting products! They will discontinue and make maintaining impossible after just 3 years of installation. 5 Year warranty then useless! They use cheap odd voltage batteries, which are not available in the UK. This will just be the start of this for allot of people and electrical contractors across the UK, as batteries start to fail. Customer service is appalling with no solution! You will be left to inform all you customers they have to replace their emergency lighting again! Just an update : You do not offer this service for the 4v which you discontinued, installed 50 unit which have to be replaced. Your service department offered me 6 replacement lights! We are now replacing each failure with channel twinspots at our cost, as we care about the service and quality of products we provide to our customers. Shocking customer service and customer care. The 4v battery that was used is not available within the UK! hence your change to the 3.6v as all other manufactures. Poor when you cannot maintain a product, guess its the saying BUY CHEAP BUY TWICE!
