A fantastic Club for people age 5 to 95. My grandson has been going for three years and looks forward to going every week. It's helping with his balance and co-ordination as well as making lots of new friends.

"Karate Begins and Ends with courtesy" - Those words are written on Funakoshi Gichins monument near Tokyo Well The chief instructor failed that precept to me he said I could not fight thanks to having glasses(this is despite the fact I am a 2nd Kyu in a similar martial art) he asked if I was a women thanks to having long hair, and passive aggressively referring to me throughout the class in a derogatory way. He then asked me to do a series of techniques, but he counted them in the wrong order deliberately to trip me up, I (thoroughly unimpressed by this point) paused and pointed this out , one of his senor students rather sycophantically said, he's not a mathematician. My advice therefore is to avoid.
