Service as a housing provider needs improving

I live in Townsend Close in the bungalows and we have a new man who comes around and does our gardens,he does an absolutely brilliant job,his grass cutting is excellent and he neatens the edges and cleans up after himself,10/10 to that man.

I moved to a greatwell home at end october 2022 and all I can say is any issue I have had they have sorted them out straight away only downside to my house is they measured up in November ish for new windows and doors and I havnt heard anything since the windows are blown house is cold but other then that it all good my last house threw bpha housing assoisiation was awful full of damp n mould my baby got sick 2 times with bronchitis from it all so I am thankfull it is not my old house

I have rang our housing officer 3 times this week to be told to leave a message .but they don't ring bk .what's the point of having housing officers if they don't help their tenants

2 years to repair damage to new roof. Although pensioner and disabled, refused to help same day when water flooded through ceiling through light fitting. Had to find own plumber at 11 at night. Left kitchen radiator dripping for so long had to dig floor up.floor Cover . and screed ruined . Cooker ( theirs). So badly repaired had to buy my own. Bring back the Council. ..
