        Food & drinks: My wife and i visited on Sunday 16th April to have Lunch(Carvery). The staff were very polite, and showed us to a table. The room was a bit dated and was in need of decoration. We went up to get our food, i had the roast beef and my wife opted for the Turkey, we then helped ourselves to roast potatoes, stuffing, veg, gravy and Yorkshire puddings. The roast potatoes looked a bit colourless and lacked the crispy crunch, the carrots were overly salted and overcooked, the Parsnips were limp and mushy. The meat was okay and the Yorkshire quite tasty as well as the gravy. Maybe we went too late(2:00pm), but i expected a far better dinner than we got. Would we go back?? No based on where we sat alone, was a depressing space.
