        I had core therapies with Tess for around 3 months and received different treatments after a thorough assessment. My back, shoulder and neck muscles were very tense and was suffering from stress. Tess is amazing, she alleviated a lot of my tense muscles and stress and I felt a lot better afterwards. I would highly recommend her for any or all the treatments she offers.

        As a sufferer of constant lower back pain I was seen by Tess on a few occasions and can honestly say that her treatments helped immensely. Would recommend to anyone to give it a go and see the results for yourself. Very professional and great value.
