We are delighted to give a positive review for the dignity, professionalism and overall service provided by Sam, Carol and the rest of the team. From the outset of a very emotional and difficult time, everything was dealt with in a sympathetic manner and the procedures and options were fully explained to us. Communications, responses and care were excellent. Following my fathers recent death, our life was made so much easier as my father had a pre paid funeral plan in place with John Drage funeral directors. Carol and the team were very understanding, compassionate and helpful and organised everything we asked for to make the day pass smoothly. On the day of the funeral the staff were very attentive, it made our day very special. I would deffinitely recommend them to all of my friends.
