        Overpriced in my professional opinion. Fitted a 1100 shower light fitting for a client and it hasn't had much use but the led lights are failing.Warranty only 1 year which shows no confidence in their products. Now being quoted 300 to replace the light ring. Will not use again. Customer service polite but ineffective, keep promising to phone me back but haven't. Doesn't look good to my clients when I can't resolve an issue like this quickly.

        Really amazing customer service - my shower mixer was nearly ten years old but they helped identify my problem and resolve it quickly and accurately. Saved me a lot of hassle and time - cannot thank them enough especially Stacey in customer service.
