Ordered a pop up for express delivery for an event. It didn't arrive in time plus it was very difficult to get hold of anyone. I left messages on phone, email and linked in. Also missed a second event and eventually the pop up arrived one month after ordering. Communication with the team at MH was very difficult which caused much frustration!

Absolute shambles at communicating and passed the blame onto the courier, delivered to the wrong address and promised every day for about 4 days it would be delivered to me the same day, I have email evidence to back this up too. When asked for a refund, no reply. Finally, eventually got the product delivered, very disappointed as the product was of good quality however no final apology which was the very least they could of done, this has led me to this review. Based on some of the other reviews on here i would avoid this company. What a shame!

Let down for conference however impressed with subsequent customer service They printed the same banner twice instead of two banners once. This was in the context of them asking for new artwork prior to printing for the banner they forgot to ship which delayed the shipping date. Following the error, their MD contacted me, apologised and provided a 50% refund including shopping fees, and offered to ship the missed banner although it was too late for the conference.

Fabulous company to deal with. Every step from quotes to designs to delivery was easy and professional. Very competitive prices, would highly recommend.
