Sugar Pole Fitness

I really enjoy this class, it is a great mix of fitness and dance. I have to disagree with the reviewer who says beginners aren't given enough attention, I feel like I am given the right amount of instruction and support and I'm making good progress every week.

I have been going to the Wellingborough mixed abilities class since January 2017. I've been to a few pole studios over the years and this one is easily my favourite. Mari is a fantastic instructor! She's so good at breaking the moves down in a way that you can understand. I love the routines that we get to learn during the courses, they're always a lot of fun. The atmosphere is lovely and I felt welcomed from my very first class. The group of ladies who do the class are amazing! I can genuinely say that going to Pole on Tuesdays is always one of the highlights of my week. I would wholeheartedly recommend Sugar Pole Fitness; If you're curious come and try it out regardless of your experience or fitness level. It's fun, you improve your fitness, learn new skills and you get to spend time with a group of incredible women

I would of came back from my taster session but i didnt like that the very beginners were in the same classroom as intermediate/advanced. I think the beginners class should be soley for beginners as we were left to our own devices for most of the session. Lovely teacher and fun group of girls though.

Love love love this school! I started my pole journey in Wellingborough with Mari and Sugar Pole over 3 years ago. Not only is it a fab way to keep fit, I've made some amazing friends from this group of fab women! I started with absolutely no upper body strength, so if I can do it then you can too!

Such an amazing and fun way to get in to shape . The energy and atmosphere of the group is so positive . The instructor is breath taking at what she does as you want to be able to do that one day as she makes it look so simple. Love it but hard getting to the classs when you have work meetings intermittently.
