        Word to the wise stay well away since tesco took over the whole place is a complete shambles I'm.a family shopper member I spend a substantial amount every year but availability is terrible customer service is tragic and out of date stock is is rife had the rep in for keystore today not because I want to leave but they are affecting my business by not being able to give me what I need been with them for over 8 years had a mew manager 6 months ago fed up complaining to him so he isn't leaving me much of a choice

        Since tesco took over they do what they like, arrogant staff, high prices and more expensive then tesco Sainsburys, useless website, now even charging for delivery .
