        The store itself okay but last few times been in town closed suddenly during regular working hours in the day with a paper notice written in pen saying sorry we have had to close.

        I Went in to look for a certain book I wanted To Get But It Was Not On The Shelf So I Asked One Of The Staff Members And They Looked It Up On Their Computers And They Said It Must Be Only Online. I Felt A Bit Disappointing. The Store It Self Is A Bit Outdated And Needs Modernising also I noticed That This Store Doesn't Sell Many Big Releases Books. It Just Seems You Only Sell Most Of The Online.

        Just dropped off a DHL parcel at the WHS Wellingborough store and was Served by Mr Patel. He was a very lovely helpful gentleman with great customer service and seems very dedicated to his work. Thank you for your help today
