Came here to get some laundry done. Lady was very nice and welcoming. Shop is nice and clean and the washing machines and dryers are top tier .. Took 2 stars away because after my 2nd visit, I used a different dryer and pressed the wrong setting as it isn't very clear as to which settings are of high temperature. After waiting 25mins for the dryer to finish, my clothes were still wet and the dryer was not warm at all, I put 3.50, and asked the lady to refund the 3.50 and start the cycle again on the correct setting. I was told it was my responsibility to make sure the setting was right, wow, ok, that's very nice of u. She gave me 2 which probably won't dry my clothes. Won't be coming back here again. I'll go somewhere more customer oriented.. It may seem petty, but these little things are what make a customer decide if there want to return or not...
