I first spoke to Kirti about my career and CV years ago. I knew a little about what she did and how she supported people, at that time though, I was not ready to get out of my career rut. After an event shall we call it, happened at work, I knew I had to finally get out of my current job. After a call with Kirti outlining why I wanted a new career and that I only had basic ideas of what I might want to do, she gave me time, shared her knowledge and used her expertise to support me to make a decision on my future career path and I literally couldnt be happier about investing in her. I was stuck for nearly 5 years in the same role and today is my last day. With the help of Kirti I am now enrolled onto a course I was destined for and I couldnt be more chuffed. Kirti is nothing short of amazing. She is so hard working and will only give you her best.

Kirti was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her extensive knowledge and experience is incredible. Kirti is passionate about her clients and is very honest when giving advice/feedback, as she has her clients best interest. Being unsuccessful in the past when applying for jobs, Kirti reassured me after our first consultation that she could help me get what I wanted by devising a strategy that would suit my goals. That being said, Kirti helped me reignite my ambition to pursue a career in a different field, whilst also identifying skills and traits that I didn't even know I had through a consultative approach. This led me to receive an interview for a position that I thought I could never get any time soon, especially with the pandemic situation.
