Got spoken to with utter contempt when I asked if my car was ready after a days delay for just an oil change. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt after a previous appointment with another car resulted in them failing to fix the issue, but figured that an oil change shouldnt be a big deal; the work wasnt but the customer service really was.

Great experience, bought a Porsche Cayman from them. Really friendly and reassuring about the whole process. Car was beautiful, just as they had described it. Will definitely buy from them again.

When my car developed acceleration issues, I took it to Autowerks. They said it was the turbo and did a patch fix on it, even though i was charged for replacement of the turbo. It was with them for 3 weeks. The patch fix for which i was charged 1300 spoiled the minute i left their workshop. There was the unmistable scent of burning rubber coming from the engine. I took it back to them and this time the car spent 7 weeks in their workshop. They 'claimed' to replace the faulty part with genuine MB parts, but it didn't take up to 30 minutes for the car to break down again in the middle of the motorway, in front of an 18 wheeler. The car could not gain speed past 40mph. I was charged yet another 1200 the second time around, for work not done, and shoddy work at that. They left the engine exposed at the back and the car was dirty inside. Not only did they put my life at risk, but the lives of other road users. Avoid them at all costs. I do not believe any diagnostics was done on the car. I do not believe any parts were replaced at all. I believe they did the same patch work/quick fix they did the first time around. They do not know what they are doing, and their level of unprofessionalism is stunning to say the least. I will not recommend them to anyone.

AVOID! Took my old e -class in for a full service and was charged 50% more than quoted. After getting the car back, nothing had been done. The brake fluid was below minimum the windscreen washer was empty after one use. After that I had my suspensions so I changed the engine oil myself and it was black and a bit sludgy so obviously they didn't touch it at all and charged me 350+ for the privilege. Never again absolute rip of merchant
