I recently came on the Certificate in Training & Development course with The Development Company after training for 24 years. I wanted a training qualification to go after my name, and to make sure I was up to date. I saw it mainly as credibility and CPD points. What really surprised me was how MUCH I learnt, and was able to take away and put into practice in my training business. It was a fantastic 6 days, Adrian and Kay were great! I really highly recommend the course - it definitely won't be time or money wasted!

I was on work experience at The Development Company from January 2015 to February 2015, and I have to say I had the best time there. Adrian and Kay are lovely people and care about their company and clients with an inspiring passion.
