        Truly awful customer service and poor communication. Charged over a 6 month period for kids who were unable to attend TKD after moving house. Then charged a further 114 for late payment since informing Simply Collect by telephone and XS TKD by email of cancellation was apparently insufficient. Mostly outraged since total cost for NO service across that period has been 324. Definitely worth avoiding both companies!
