Charlie is personally should not work for a reputable bank like Nationwide, as he is bringing down the name. I received crude and snappy judgements from him about my issue, which does not match the values of the company. It was at his discretion that my issue went unresolved, due to a discriminatory bias a white man has had. Wellingborough Nationwide should be ashamed to have such a representative.

A very bad experience , no customer advisers , 25 people waiting , only 3 positions open with teenage staff . I closed my account !!!
