Dont no were he got hes feed back must have got family to do it was there for app 1 minute very rude very ignorant a disgrace to the profession never met him before would advise to stay away no good.

I took my Trek hybrid of 14 years, in for a service and left it with them to decide which service is best. They recommended a short service to start with. I apologized for the state of my bike as I did not have time to clean all the mud and dirt off before taking it in. I left by saying just replace whatever you think needs doing. When I picked it up I was pleasantly surprised that Ive been only charged for the service and nothing needed replacing. There are worn components like wheel hub, rims etc but based on the age of the bike and the cost of the replacement parts they feel it was not worth spending the money but see how I get on after the service. I was also pleasantly surprised how clean my bike looked. I can see that they take pride in their work. On my first ride the following day I was very pleased. It felt like a different bike, in fact like a new bike would. Very tight and responsive. The gear changes slick and the brakes very responsive and the bike generally felt a lot quicker and smooth. It has not felt this good since the first time I bought the bike. Ive had it serviced many times before by Franchises and other independent shops but this was the first time I felt I truly had good value for money. I rate their honesty, expertise and friendliness and will not hesitate in recommending them to anyone who wants their bike servicing or repaired. I am now going to take my road bike in and will expect the same high standard which Im positive I will get.
