I should put 0 stars Absolutely not professional I have booked 3 times with her and first time she didnt show and when I called her Ive been told she had a problem. So accidents might happen sometimes so after 3 weeks I booked another appointment and again 5 mins before the appointment she told me she had another problem. I have booked one more time and it took me a week to find an agreement as the communication is very bad she is replying after a day or two to every message.on the day I have messaged her in the morning asking if she was going to come and she said yes but once again 20 mins before the appointment guess what????she told me she cant come because she had a problem!!!!we took an hour off from work to get at home on time so I am obviously upset and when I told her this is not the way to treat customers Ive been told Im not respecting her as she has the right to have a problem!!!so dont waste your time!!!!!
