        I have been visiting Lu & the amazing team at QL since 2019, after I did 'brave the shave' & lost my feminine feeling, Lu has given me the cutest styles, from pink pixie cuts when it was 1st growing back, to amazing vibrant bobs! She just makes me feel more like myself & really puts my personality into my hairstyles! I moved to Italy in 2021 but I still visit QL anytime I'm in the UK. Last time she even squeezed me in at 12 hours notice, can't praise them enough! Thank you for your magic! See you again in April!!

        Had my hair and brows done here and came away very happy indeed. The staff were really friendly and helpful couldnt ask for better treatment my whole experience was exceptional
