        Staff are lovely! Was dealt with by a most delightful young lady this week who was just so polite professional and helpful. The lovely lady branch manager is just so well organised. At the height of the current situation she made sure that quees were kept to a minimum. And waiting times were minimal. The branch manager always looks happy and smiley! Lovely branch!

        The ATM machines at Santander in Wellingborough are probably the oldest and most unreliable in the town centre, I bank with four other banks in the town and there machines are more reliable and certainly more up to date current requirements of todays customers. This bank used to be a leading light on the high street, now they are just a poor reflection on where they were. I havent been happy with them for a while now, so I probably need to shut my four accounts down and move on
