        Google page says open to 4.30pm, actual time is 3.30pm. Waste of my time. Wants to go digital and reduce actual branches but cant get simple online updates in check.

        HSBC are one of the most difficult banks to deal with now that our local branch is closing, their on-line "chat" is ridiculously difficult to access and when you finally get in to it they don't do what you ask! Try to talk to someone on a telephone after going through multiple security questions and they can't help me either and to add to the problem, when I asked for someone to ring me back that could help me the man hung up!!! All I want to do is to close my accounts and I still don't know if I've done it?
