Lloyd Harden Design

Passion, Commitment, Service & Value! We began our search in early 2023 for an architectural design firm for our current development site in a conservation village in Leicestershire. Having found Lloyd Harden Designs website which we were very impressed by, we spoke with Lloyd and were immediately impressed by his enthusiasm and interest in our project. A site visit with Lloyd was arranged within a few days and our initial consultations began. The firms fee structure was made very clear at the outset and any additional in-house services discussed and priced separately. Having agreed to instruct, we then began the design process with the key members of Lloyds team, namely Architectural Designer Paul and Architectural Technologist & Design Manager Sophie. Paul worked tirelessly on the survey and initial plans, going over and above our reasonable expectations. Once the plans were drafted we then had the absolute pleasure of working very closely with Sophie on the building regulation considerations and fine tuning of the overall design. During this process Lloyd kept constant contact with ourselves to ensure everything was progressing smoothly and that we were entirely happy, often checking in well outside of normal business hours! The plans were revised many times throughout the process, which was a truly collaborative effort with amendments requested by ourselves and very helpful suggestions and guidance from the whole team. Once plans were finalised, Paul began work on the CGI models we had retained with the final renders being created to amazing effect by Lloyd. Once again Lloyd and the team were more than happy to accommodate several requested changes in order to achieve the best possible result. With regards to fees, Lloyd Harden Design is delivering a level of service and value which we feel would be very difficult to find elsewhere. In conclusion we feel very fortunate to have located Lloyd Harden Designs services and to have developed such an excellent working relationship with them. Lloyds passion and commitment to complete client satisfaction are exemplary and fully supported by his outstanding team and we look forward to working with them on our upcoming projects.
