The groomer has no professional experience or ethics, treated our pups very roughly, left them scruffy n half done, no sense of aestheticism. Didnt hesitate to take the full payment though didnt do the job. we had to book another groomer right after her to tidy up the pups. She has a problem with her left arm (its not stable) thus not safe with scissor in hand as a pet groomer.
