        Louise did an amazing job grooming my dog. It wasnt an easy task as my dog had unfortunately become matted but Louise got it all sorted. She was also kind enough to send me home with something to help keep the matted fur at bay and we made a plan to maintain my dogs fur moving forward. I completely recommend Louise to anyone looking for a groomer. Having previously had a bad experience with a groomer, Louise made me feel completely at ease and comfortable.         Very good service. Friendly and covid safe. Used for the first time and very pleased with the grooming on my yorkshire terrier. Lovely touch of a ribbon bow and photo.
