    My partner and I started doing PT sessions with Robbie in December 2022. We both started with different goals, mine was shredding and toning and my other half was looking to gain muscle. Our whole experience so far with Robbie has been positive. Most notably, he gets to know you, listens and provides on point bespoke programmes. Given that we have different goals, we keep Robbie on his toes with putting together our programmes and in our sessions with different equipment etc but he rises to the challenge well and continues to ensure that both of our needs are met. Robbie makes our sessions fun and dynamic and honestly, we really look forward to them!! We've both made lots of progress already and I am entirely confident that Robbie will continue to keep pushing us and supporting us achieve our goals. On a final note, I'm also really enjoying Sam's Monday Tone-Up classes. Sam is lovely and her classes are challenging but enjoyable. I can definitely recommend!

    Robbie is an incredibly knowledgable and professional PT. Plans are tailored to exactly what you need and take into considerations any goals and injuries. I cant recommend it enough. Theres nowhere else youll get personalised personal training like this.

    Well, 2022 has been a year of running marathons for me, with that in mind I needed some how not to just run with my training but also build my strength up. This meant going to the gym, which i'm not good at. But a PT motivating me might work, this is where Robbie has come in, With the programs he has set (and changed to keep them fresh) has seen a great change in My strength and core. I'm off to the NYC Marathon this weekend and hope for a PB. Thank you Robbie for the guidance, motivation and encouragement that i'm sure will help me get round those 26.2 miles.
