Such a mixed review. One doctor extremely helpful (Dr.Jones) & the other(Dr.Cox)very rude and would not listen to my concerns. Another health professional who got things rolling for me in the last couple of weeks unfortunately does not work at the practice. Sods Law. Overall experience has not been very good.

I am so frustrated that the receptionist requested my husband with my 11-month-old kid to wait outside the practice with -1 degrees today. I do understand that many infections are on the rise at the moment, but that doesn't justify leaving the patients out freezing (especially when the patient is a baby). Very bad experience today, although I have to say usually it's not like that!

Since everyone has got over the Pandemic, the service has been excellent. Shame we arent told why our usual doctors are though - they had detailed knowledge of our being.

I have been with Hastings house all my life and shocked at the pure fact that you can not make an appointment in advance anymore even if to make one for the next day i am furious mainly because work places need to be told in advance
