        Boeing's prime contractor... because any door installed by them WILL bow! I never knew my new build house will have a spontaneous panic room function when a door installed by them spontaneously refused to open and unlatch. Their latching mechanisms would have been handy on Boeing 747s. At least they fail safe in a locked position, so that merits 1 star at the very least. I guess it's why all the house builders run to these guys.

        Purchased triple glazed windows from Munster joinery, units failed within 12 months due to a fault with the window. Munster joinery would not replace the windows. Do not use Munster joinery, after sales service is non existent and they do not reply to phone calls/emails. Disgraceful company. STAY CLEAR!!

        Absolutely disgusting. 10 year warranty if you have condensation or if the frame has moved. Not if the door is faulty or broken. New build by persimmons. How any housing developer can use this company is beyond me.
