Mercure Warwickshire Walton Hall Hotel & Spa

This is my 2nd time around staying at this hotel,and I can definitely say I had a great experience this time. I had an upgrade on my room in the old Manor house and it was fabulous. The spa treatment was brilliant and just what I needed, and the pool was lovely and warm. Everything was really clean, and breakfast was good too. I just wish I'd stayed an extra night to explore the grounds further. It's really easy to find, plenty of parking and the church on the grounds is wonderful too.

Firstly was given a room with a window with that didnt open & was very warm. When we attended the spa there was swimming lessons, more like a leisure centre. Theres no spa aspects!! I would like recommended as you wouldnt expect children to be having a swimming lesson in a spa, we came to relax Lunch was expensive and just the usual bread youd use at home Shouldnt be sold as a spa break

This is a great hotel , I have been here several times and the service is first class and consistent ! The front desk manger Jack provides outstanding customer service , excellent memory , extremely helpful and not to mention genuine, very well done ! It has to be the best Checkin and checkout experience of any hotel I have stayed in, fast , efficient, helpful. The operations Manager Sharron is hands on and very helpful to provide excellent guest experience. Well done , please continue / maintain excellent customer service. Fiji

Rooms: Do not stay on the 3rd Floor (attic) Food & drinks: Set dinner menu and breakfast was average Lunch is great
