I to was recommended by a friend to use Enhance Construction as I had been let down by four other builders. He came in and finished all the work that the other cowboys left. My only regret is that I didn't know about him before. Outstanding work happy happy and I definitely will be recommending him to other friends. Nice to see there are genuine people about.

When arranging an extension to our house in the summer of 2018, we invited four builders to give quotations. Of those, Ken Shirley of Enhance Construction gave us the greatest confidence that he understood our requirements and was on the same wavelength as us when he came to preview the works. He subsequently gave us the best quotation, which we were pleased to accept. In its quotation, Enhance provided a detailed Stage Payment Breakdown, with descriptions of the associated works, which remained the basis of invoice valuations. These were submitted promptly on completion of each defined work stage. As with all similar building projects, changes and additional works cropped up. We talked through the variations with Ken or his senior man on site, following which he submitted additional costed and defined stage payment breakdowns. We found all such changes to be acceptable. Work started exactly on the date promised, and the build was completed within the original programme, allowing for extra works. The finished extension was passed off at the first final inspection by the local building inspector. Throughout the works Ken and his men kept us fully informed of progress and future tasks. All the workers were polite, helpful and willing to explain what was going on. The various tradesmen (eg plumbers, electricians, plasterers, etc) all turned up on time and keyed into the requirements of the overall timetable. We were particularly impressed by the comments of some of the tradesmen, who complemented the quality of workmanship of others, eg bricklaying and plastering, that had been carried out in previous stages. We are delighted with the wonderful dining room extension that we now have, and would certainly recommend Enhance Construction to others.
