After having more than our fair share of cowboy builders over the years, we were slightly concerned when we started the renovation of our new house in Warwick. But we neednt have worried. I can honestly say ( and I guarantee Im not related to Rob) that from the first moment we contacted Rob, to the moment the guys packed up and left us, it was the best building experience weve ever had. The project consisted of removing walls, reshaping rooms, creating walk-in cupboards and a new downstairs cloakroom. Rob managed the project, bringing in other trades as needed and fitted in with our time line. The team were hardworking, professional and very experienced. But above all, such nice guys. Rob was able to offer practical advice and suggestions and help us through the project without any worries. Thanks again Rob. Having recently finished an extension and internal renovations I would definitely recommend Rob and his team, Dan and Ash, if you are considering a building project. Rob, Dan and Ash have just finished building our side extension - we are absolutely delighted! Right from the initial quote, Rob made sure he understood what we wanted, making helpful recommendations and listening. He organised all the work with his team and the subcontractors for electrics, plumbing, plastering, roofing, windows: every single aspect of the work was outstanding and smoothly organised by Rob, so no stress sat on my shoulders. Throughout Rob was always very honest and clear, met promised timelines and budget, and exceeded expectations in every way. (They were also very clean and tidy!) The whole team were a pleasure to have in our home. I couldnt recommend Rob and team highly enough.
