Some aspects of technical support were difficult to grasp at first. However once I made contact with Roy, one of the tech engineers, it soon became more clear. After that he was very helpful and quick to deal with problems and advise me on the best way to address future issues more efficiently. All outstanding problems have been cleared up.

JIDEM SECURITY SERVICES LTD have been in business with Y3K for the past 16 years in CCTV installations in Ghana-West Africa. We did installations and system integrations with a number companies and institutions including The Ghana Police Service, The Ministry Of Interior, BOST (Bulk Oil Storage & Transportation Company Ltd), to mention but few. Their Sales Department and Technical Support have been immensely supportive and professional especially when it comes to Team Viewing over 6,000 kilometres away. Poor quality products and disappointing service. Ordered over 1000 worth of cctv equipment, less than 2 years later 2 cameras have failed, both the same model and within a couple of weeks of each other. I expected these to last much longer than this, and am very concerned the other kit is going to start failing soon leaving me with a lot of expensive useless cctv equipment. I thought by paying a bit more money and going through a specialist security company I would receive high quality items and good customer service. Whilst I was contacted about the issues I raised I felt there was no assistance given I was just told to purchase new equipment. In the future I will just buy elsewhere as Ive no had any issues using cheaper kit and it has lasted much longer than this! Dont waste your money paying the premium from this brand its just not worth it when theres much better stuff for less money.

Purchased a i-Smart alarm with the whole works for the keypad not to work less then 1 year. This is my 3rd keypad. I have submitted videos, followed the instructions with multiple faults. The customer service is poor, with over a week delay. Poor quality of goods.
