ShireFit Corby is the best gym I've ever joined, the atmosphere from when you walk in the door is truly amazing. The support, the love and the kindness is why I train every day of the week, just can't get enough of it. I've seen so much progress in myself and that's all because of the coaches at ShireFit Corby! Giving me the confidence to sign up to my first Competition and even getting a Personal Best power clean in my first Comp.
