        Called on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 29th March for a price for 1 piece of 10mm Toughened Glass for my landing. Sales Manager was too busy or not there to talk to.Never received a reply on all 3 occasions. I even emailed the size through but no response.Won't try them again. Hope you have more joy than I did.

        Order quoted with an 8-12 week lead time taken over 6 months to arrive incorrect. No interest taken in escalating replacements. 2 months after admitting fault in the order being incorrect they phoned and asked for payment. Office staff refused at every complaint to escalate it and I was not able to speak to anyone senior.
