Ordered timber online. Went to collect, branch had no record of my order. Came home and called head office, spoke to Leah in customer services, who didn't know why, and couldn't find any record of my order when I gave order number, I sent them a copy of the confirmation email, and they promised to find out why it wasn't available and call me back within the hour. 24 hours later, having heard nothing from Leah, I called them back. Shaun from customer services had no record of my conversations from the previous day, but finally found my order and called local branch, who apparently should have been able to find my order when I went to collect it originally, if they had just asked for my postcode. Shaun did call back as he had promised. I would probably not use this company again, as it has taken a lot of time and energy to find out what has happened, and a lot of hanging around waiting for promised things to happen which never did, and I still have to drive to their store again to see if the timber really is there...
