travelled from edinburgh to parc lane cars in newcastle to buy a vauxhall insignia vxr 12 plate came out a rr sport so wanted something a bit sporty and a petrol car coz as we all know having a deisel car nowadays is bad news . arrived at showroom met by salesman paul who was polite and friendly a good start..... car was lovely ...nice colour grey wheels kool and looked the part took it for a spin was like.nice...sporty feel fast as a 2.8 v6 turbo so it should be. signed paperwork with paul in office explained everthing to me warrenty tax etc am 55 years old so i know the routine lol.. got car home very happy with it nice drive comfy and sporty looking paul was helpful and mark the boss seemed ok to nice day out to newcastle get my new motor would buy again from there in a minute 10 out of 10 well done parc lane cars....

Absolutely fantastic customer service. The team are very friendly and not at all pushy. Allowed plenty time to view and test drive. I purchased my vehicle and will definitely recommend parc lane cars to my friends and family.The car was immaculate when I collected it. They went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my purchase.

bought a car a few weeks ago which i was very happy with but unfortunately it developed a few problems. kieran then booked it into a BMW specialist for the problems to be fixed which i was happy with at the time. I then decided that i wanted to change the car which was no problem, they were very understanding which was great. I then chose another another car which was mot and serviced within a few days which was excellent. Kieran and his team were excellent throughout the whole process so i would recommend Park Lane cars to anyone wanting a very good buying a car experience.

I have just purchased a lovely little DS3 from Parc Lane Cars at a very fair price, unlike alot of places.I can honestly say the service I received was spot on. We were made very welcome, all questions were answered, with no pressure to buy at all. Unfortunately during the test drive we encountered a problem with the parking assist but this is was immediately rectified and have an appointment with a garage soon, at no extra cost to me. Nothing was too much trouble. My car also had a service and MOT before I picked up.I would definitely recommed as they all clearly care more about the customer leaving happy than just getting the sale.Very well done to you all
