Gary the sales person was very friendly and great to deal with. When picking up the car we have bought, the fuel filler cap was damaged, which G Cars arranged to be fixed promptly, which was great. We were sold the car with a '5 star' (sounds good!) warranty for the first 3 months. 2 months in, the colder weather arrived and it became apparent that some of front screen heating elements were not operating to clear condensation. Upon contacting the warranty company VGS, purchased at the point of sale by G Cars and reading further in to the small print, the warranty excludes most of the car!! G Cars who sold me the 3 months '5 star' warranty are not offering to fix the non-fit for purpose heated screen. Very disappointed the screen will not be fixed having paid a reasonable amount for the car at trade price! In summary, make sure you ask and review the warranty exclusions so not to be disappointed!!
