No one answers the phone and when they do they are incredibly rude. My dad booked a stay for 2 nights as he lives the other end of the country and is coming to visit, after driving for 5 hours he rang to make them aware hed be arriving around 11pm to be told sorry check in is until 10pm and I have work at 5:30am so cant stay any longer the phone call then ended and my dad was mortified, left heartbroken in a service station. He tried to ring back to see what he could do and was hung up on every time. Absolutely shocking servicing and wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy
