I contacted Jen when I needed help with my reactive 1 year old dog (Benji). Before I began the training, I was nervous taking him on walks due to how he reacted to people and dogs (barking and pulling) and I was unable to take him to busy places. Jen took the time to get to know Benji and then regularly met with us for walks where she taught me strategies to make Benji feel comfortable around people and dogs. She showed me what I should do when he gets overwhelmed and how to praise him when he does well. Benji's confidence grew with each week and he began to enjoy his training sessions and have fun with them. I can now confidently walk Benji in busy places and take him to cafes. Jen was friendly and supportive throughout.

Jen is brilliant! I needed someone to come in and spend some time with my two dogs while I'm at work and found Jen. She's been amazing with them! They're in very safe caring hands and are content and happy - she even plays them relaxation music so they're nice and chilled and well behaved when she leaves (they rag things when I leave them)! Very very highly recommended from me!

I really can't give Jennifer high enough praise, she is a fantastic dog trainer, she has taken on my rescue dog who is not dog friendly & the change in him is amazing. Still got more training to do but we both look forward to seeing Jennifer as she is so patient & certainly knows how to get the best out of him. Would certainly recommend Jennifer to anyone who needs help with their dog trained.
