I'm an 85 year old women with some medical issues, including high blood pressure and hip pain. I hired Peter as I saw that he is a personal trainer in Suffolk who would visit my home and he offered chair based exercise programmes for people like myself. Peter began weekly exercise sessions with me which included aerobic movements, mobility, stretching exercises for flexibility and strengthening with a resistance band. After a few weeks of regular exercise, I feel much more energetic, more confident and independent. I can get out of a chair and the bath much easier without assistance and fear of falling and I find every day tasks much less demanding. I would recommend anyone who needs a home personal trainer for medical issues to contact Peter at PMA Personal Training. He is a delight to work with and highly professional.

I hired Peter to be my personal trainer in Bury St Edmunds and he came to meet me at my home. I described my health goals, which were to get fit and lose weight. Peter took me through a fitness assessment where he measured my weight and body fat and took my body measurements. We then began training twice a week with Boxercise and Kettlebells and other equipment and Peter helped me manage making better choices with diet. After 6 months of training, I have lost 3 stone and 5 inches off my waist. I feel fitter, have more energy and yet I dont feel hungry in between sessions. The personal training sessions were well designed for my fitness levels, progressed appropriately and crucially, were great fun, something I never expected! Peter is a very experienced and personable personal trainer. He has allot of empathy and always makes you feel like your goals are important. I have no hesitation in recommending Peter as your in home personal trainer in Bury St Edmunds or other areas he covers. I intend to continue with the sessions long - term to maintain these benefits!
