Just went into Greggs to get coffee and sausage roll

Just been in to pick up a parcel; my child was with me, and had a really bad experience from one member of staff. Rude, raised voice, general lack of willingness to help and gesticulations which resulted in me ending up in tears as another customer came to intercede. It felt very misogynistic. The other member of staff knew I was upset and tried to stop me from leaving (I believe in an attempt to reduce the negative behaviour of his colleague); repeatedly telling me how his colleague was a good man and didnt mean it. I asked who the owner was and was not given any info. I note the owner responds on here. I would really like to speak to you about this.

Meh it's okay. I stop here to put a tank of premium diesel in now and then, but usually use Shell Garage instead. Yes the staff smell and they are rude and ignorant as all the other reviews say, but the shop tends to be clean and tidy and the staff serve you quite quickly. The prices are very expensive even compared to shell, esso, jet, texico etc.

Never had any problems there,cheaper petrol than in Clacton on sea,where I live,??!!,plus bonus points every time you fill ,up,
