After Duane the maintenance man left. Contract was cancelled by the new maintenance man. Old Vicarage has been our client for a very long time. And it's sad to see this wasn't taken into consideration.

My Father In Law has been at this home for three months and he is well cared for. The staff are attentive, cheerful and treat him with respect.

my partner had dementia and when he was in hospital I was expected to stay with him any time day and/or night but here in the Home other than the first night I had to leave him. In Hospital I helped with pad changing, body wash and hoisting. Here in the Home I was sent out of the room leaving him with strangers. I was told that they had been to courses about Dementia but they seemed unaware how important it was to have familiar faces around particularly in a strange place. He deteriorated fast. I would not advise anyone with dementia to go to this Home. After 10 days he was taken ill and back in hospital I was again expected to be with him and help. He died 10days later in hospital
