        Bought an item from them, royal mail tracking says delivered but was not delivered to our address. Top Horse UK refuse to help, only the sender can claim for misdelivered items. We as the non receiver cannot claim, so did not get our item or any refund. Top Horse UK do not care about their customers once they have your money. Buyer beware with this company.

        Bought a red and navy star turnout rug from their ebay shop. Was appalled with the customer service. The rug is the worst quality I have ever come across. Cheap nasty material that rips easily. Also this rug isn't water resistant at all in drizzle, it absorbs water. Item is not fit for purpose. The sellers response was unsatisfactory. Their response suggested I should only use the rug on my pony on a bone dry day and the pony mustn't move! I will never buy from this company again nor these rugs. Very annoyed because this rug not being water resistant could have made my elderly pony very sick. Seller refuses to compensate and is very unhelpful. I have shared this and explained to any one I know who are potential customers of yours to steer clear. Worst rug I have ever seen in 30 years of experience with horses. Wasted money on an item that's useless. #conartist
