        I really enjoy going to Pose! I go to a regular ballet class with Mary which I love - shes an amazing teacher. I also love the themed workshops - theyre such a treat, Sarah makes them so fun and suitable for all abilities. Fosse with Mary & Sarah and Cats with Sarah have been real highlights. I really like that you can sample classes to see if youll like them before booking for a term - I have various injuries so it helps me to see what I can and cant do. All the staff there are so lovely! The timings work around my full time job which is brilliant, theres a good variety of classes to choose from, the studio is lovely and theres always plenty of space to park.

        A beautiful Yoga, Barre, Ballet and Pilates studio set in the countryside. The studio is very spacious and the staff are very welcoming. The perfect place for a class.

        I have never stuck to a fitness class until discovering the haven of positively that is Pose. Three years on and I'm there three times a week. I can't imagine not going. I love the tutors. It has also been my sanity during the last two years. Love you all.
