Avoid this company at all cost!!! Unless you want too have major issues. Ive actually dealt with this company a few times and the service was initially ok. When I decided too place a larger order for labels the quality wasnt there. The labels were thin compared too our other suppliers and the laminate peeled off completely. And the quality of the ink was cheaper than the other suppliers. They then tried to blame us for the artwork rather than the issue in question. Weve managed too get a refund and are still waiting for this too be credited into our account, after various phone calls and emails. Especially when litigation was mentioned. We are stuck as a company at this time as we cant get these labels from other suppliers right now until January. Big loss of profits. The sales manager Paul humpy is obnoxious and is very rude and illiterate and hasnt got a clue in being a manager, god only knows how he got a job there.

I would highly recommend. Their sales, service and communication is brilliant. I dealt with Cloe and Becky. Excellent high quality labels and print. They even delivered early!
