        The one star is only given because you can't leave a review otherwise and also it is only for the the friendly and helpful lady at the front who runs the shop and helps with the photocopier. She is such a contrast to the other 2 miserable and sour faced looking look alikes behind the counter. They are abrupt, rude and very openly unprofessional and not very helpful at all. The thing is they make you have the same dirty attitude as them when you get to the counter. Very off putting. I'm sure there is a nice job centre close by for them both to slither into. b-t-hes.

        Wouldnt take Parcelforce express48 parcel despite the Parcelforce website specifically stating the parcel can be dropped off at this particular post office. Went to Crankhall Lane Post Office who took the parcel no problem. Woman who served us was also abrupt and useless.

        Locks their doors before the listed closing time, if i finish work early in order to retrieve a parcel i shouldn't be turned away 10 minutes prior to closing.
