        Initially quite positive but then you feel like your on a conveyor belt in n out, if you have an issue its not corrected due to time, I mean Ive never heard of telling someone a product is not working and they use it again n again - went to erdington to get my nails done I will not be going back to the nail room again. Customer service is poor, n the manager thinks shes something special, they need to realise its customers who make the business and should treat them better - we pay you ur doing us no extra service your supposed to do a good job for paid work. Rush rush rush money over customers Service: Manicure
